This Privacy Policy explains how luckyrock ("luckyrock", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit luckyrock.dev or work with us.

  • Client project information: business details, logos, photos and text you provide for your website, and login details you choose to share for your domain or hosting.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Basic website data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiries and provide our services.
  • To send proposals, invoices, receipts and service updates.
  • To process payments and keep business and tax records.
  • To keep our website secure.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (hosting), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep client and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, generally up to seven years. You can ask us to delete enquiry messages at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us, by contacting us below.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
