luckyrock is a small, independent web design studio based in Chicago. We started it because too many good local businesses lose customers to a broken link, an outdated page or no website at all.
We keep things simple: modern websites at prices small businesses can say yes to, and a real person to talk to when you need a change.

Common questions
How do payments work?
You pay half up front and half at launch, by card or bank transfer through Stripe. You'll get an invoice and a receipt by email for every payment.
What if I don't like the finished site?
You'll see a preview and get up to two rounds of changes free before launch. If you're still not happy with the finished site, you don't pay the second half of the build. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
What about hosting and changes after launch?
We can host your site and make changes after launch. Because every business needs something different, we agree the details and price with you separately, and nothing is billed until you've agreed to it in writing.
I already have a website and email. Will anything break?
No. We check how your domain and email are set up before launch and keep your email working when we move the website.
Do I need to write the content?
No. We draft the text from a short call and anything you already have, then you review it. You just send us your logo and a few photos of your work.
